AG Collective Capital was founded to educate accredited investors on venture capital and to provide access to investment opportunities offering above-market returns in early-stage private companies through its network of relationships with founders, angel investors, VCs, and other affiliated investment companies.

We connect investors with deals sourced and evaluated from our network of founders, entrepreneurs, VCs, and other investors in order to give our investors an opportunity to achieve the best returns possible. We also provide value-add to our founders and companies that we support by bringing a stable group of accredited investors that can financially support a growing business.

STRATEGY AND OPERATION
Our strategy is simple--get into the best deals where allocations fill up quickly alongside other VCs that are pulling from their funds. By having a dedicated and consistent group of investors, we can move quickly and secure our investment in these competitive deals at favorable valuations.

AG Collective Capital's investing thesis is based on finding early deals in companies that are working on disrupting the norms in their current market space by thinking "outside of the box" and/or "building better mouse traps."

Our incentives are truly aligned with those of the investor, as we don't make money unless it is a successful investment that returns a profit to all of the investors as well. AG Collective Capital's typical investment in a company varies based on the needs of the entrepreneur and life stage of the company but individual investors can participate with a minimum investment of $10,000 in most situations.

Based on our past experiences, investment history, and business operations experience we enjoy a superior deal flow and maintain a smooth customer experience for both the investor and the companies we invest in. We pride ourselves on our communication efforts to keep all those involved informed of what is going on as best as possible.
FUTURE GOALS
We invest our finances to help drive innovation and support those entrepreneurs that are working on changing our world. While we are investing to make money, we are also doing so to do more good with the profits that are made by supporting other charitable organizations in our local community.
